In this case study, we partnered with a university in the early stages of committing capital to multiple campus roof projects, several of which had already been priced. Working closely with the facilities team, we began by analyzing the roofs with the most pressing issues, identifying top priorities for the current fiscal year, and creating a multi-year plan to extend the life of existing roofs while budgeting for future replacements.

At the same time, we evaluated the university’s existing projects, redesigned several roof replacement plans, and negotiated more competitive pricing from qualified contractors—saving the university six figures while preserving the same warranty terms, ensuring long-term performance of their building assets.
